1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All Pro subscriptions — whether monthly ($9.99/mo) or annual ($89/yr) — come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription for any reason within the first 30 days after your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with the email address associated with your subscription. That's it — no hoops, no forms, no interrogation.
- Include "Refund Request" in your subject line so we can prioritize it.
- We'll confirm your refund within 1–2 business days.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day window, we do not offer prorated refunds for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain full Pro access through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
4. Cancellation & Access
- Monthly subscribers: Cancel anytime. You keep Pro access until the end of your current monthly billing cycle.
- Annual subscribers: Cancel anytime. You keep Pro access until the end of your annual term.
- After your access period ends, your account automatically reverts to the free tier.
5. Free Tier
The AI Rundown's free daily newsletter is and always will be free. There is nothing to refund on a free subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse, such as:
- Repeated subscribe-refund-resubscribe cycles.
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
